This class is on sale at an introductory rate as it’s our first ever baking workshop at Hearth.

You may be asked to fill out a feedback form or leave us a review to be able use across platforms as we dip our toes further into the pool of teaching.

In this class you will be introduced to baking with wholemeal rye across a handful of recipes including rye sourdough bread.

You will be given an unbaked rye bread in a panibois (a light wooden frame) to take away and bake at home or if you’d prefer to collect it the next day you can leave it with us to be baked the with our own loaves.

Sunday 14th January 10.30 - 14.30, including light lunch.
