Our sourdough heritage wholegrain loaf is made from a seasonally changing wholemeal flour. Always stoneground, always UK grown and most usually grains pre-dating 1900s.

Each flour has a very different flavour & texture. This loaf has a long-shelf life with the record to date being 14 days before becoming too stale to slice!
