Made using 100% stoneground dark rye flour grown in the UK.

Our rye is grown by Mark & Liz Lea at Green Acres Farm and milled by Andrew at Fresh Flour.

Naturally lower in gluten and has malty honey notes, has a good week of shelf life before it becomes too hard to slice.

Beautiful fresh with cheese or on the third day as toast.
