If you been to visit us, you know we hate waste. Really not our cup of tea.
As such, whenever we can’t save a loaf by making sandwiches or bread pudding, we turn it into breadcrumbs to use at a later date in recipes.
Pretty essential make up to most bakeries and now ours are available to take home.
This is for a 300g bag of breadcrumbs, its a hodge podge mix of all our classic loaves (except the focaccia or specials).
