Our country is made with a mixture of local seasonally changing wholemeal flours and Gilchesters stoneground white flour.

Tin: You get about 8 slices out of this. Baking in the tin makes the crumb softer and lighter, perfect toast bread or as a nice for introducing children to sourdough.
