These vegetarian pies have a buttery local wholemeal and einkorn flour pastry, they’re filled with our house made suet-free organic mincemeat mix that is soaked in quince kombucha & rum, bound with Palestinian date paste then topped with nutmeg and demerara sugar before baking.
Ingredients: organic einkorn, organic wholemeal, organic butter, free range eggs, organic caster sugar, bramley apples, quince, raisins, sultanas, currant, candied peel, dates , apple spiced rum, quince kombucha (quince, sugar, water, tea), mixed spice (nutmeg, cinnamon, coriander, allspice, ginger)
