It comes as either a free form round which gives it an excellent crust, ideal on cheeseboards or with soups and stews.
Or you can have it as a loaf which has a softer crumb, this is the bread we use for our sandwiches in house.
The overall taste is slightly sweeter and maltier than our country sourdough.
